We have our own forging shop, machining shop, heat treatment shop, and can provide a variety of wheels in different materials, such as ZG430640 cast steel, 60#, 65#, 65Mn, 42CrMoA or as per your requirements.
Our forged steel wheels are available in a variety of standard sizes. In addition, we can produce industrial wheels in almost any size, configuration and surface finish to meet your special design requirements.
We have a large inventory of carbon steel and alloy steel to meet your specific needs. Industrial wheels include a variety of single flange rail wheels for a variety of applications. Hot metal transfer cars, molten iron "torpedo" cars, ladle carousels and mine cars are examples of heavy-duty applications. We also manufacture single flange wheels for amusement parks, scenic railways and passenger applications.
Forged wheels have a surface hardness of up to 60 Rc including our standard heat treatment.
All our wheels are tested to ensure quality:
1) Mechanical properties and chemical composition after blank casting
2) Hardness check after heat treatment
3) Dimensional check after machining
