The mechanical properties are poor, which affects the service life of the wheels and the safety of the whole vehicle. Other casting forms have similar problems as described above. The swing rolling and spinning composite forming process can avoid the defects of the as-cast structure, and the yield is high, and the mechanical properties are also greatly improved, ensuring the life of the wheel and the safety of the whole vehicle. At the same time, it can save energy and reduce production costs. The 350T swing rolling machine can complete the work of the 8000T hydraulic press in wheel forging.
