The company develops an aluminum alloy wheel manufacturing equipment, including: Heating Device, spinning device and cooling device. The heating device is used to heat the cast blank of the aluminum alloy wheel to a spinning temperature. The heating device and the spinning device are connected and controlled by an electronic control system. The spinning device is used to spin the rim blank of the casting blank. The cooling device is arranged between the heating device and the spinning device for cooling the spoke blank. The cooling device comprises a water tank and a water tank installed on the water tank, wherein the water tank is used for receiving cooling water, and the water tank is provided with a bracket for carrying the heated cast blank, a spoke blank of the casting blank is in direct contact with the bracket, and the spoke blank is immersed with the bracket in the cooling water of the sink.
