According to the process sequence, the heat treatment method includes the high temperature normalizing process of 890℃~910℃ after rolling, 740℃~760℃+890℃~ Two-stage quenching and heating process at 910°C, water cooling process after tempering at 510°C±10°C. The above technical scheme is used to refine and homogenize the original structure and improve the toughness of railway wheels; the two-stage quenching heating method is adopted to increase the heating speed of the two-phase region with a high furnace gas temperature, and limit the austenite with a short heating time. Tempering time; rapid water cooling after tempering can eliminate temper brittleness, and water cooling after tempering can also change stress distribution and improve fatigue performance. Has a good ratio of strength and toughness.
